Every business is different, so TokenNo pricing is made of a few clear parts. Prices are set per country — tell us where you are and we'll share the details.

How pricing works

  • Subscription plan

    A plan for your business based on what you need — locations, service points and features.

  • Commission on prepaid tokens

    Only if you take advance payments. TokenNo keeps a commission on each prepaid token and pays you the rest every week.

  • Token packs

    Buy bundles of tokens up front. Each pack has an expiry date, and your oldest pack is always used first.

Good to know

  • SMS and WhatsApp messages are billed separately, based on what you use, with their own ledger.
  • Free trials may be available — just ask.
  • Payouts are weekly, in your local currency.
  • We'll explain payment gateway fees for your country up front.

Why don't you list prices here?

Prices are different in each country and depend on the size of your business. Tell us a little about yourself and we'll send pricing that fits — no obligation.

Do I have to take prepaid tokens?

No. Tokens can be completely free. Advance payment is your choice for each service point, and the commission only applies to prepaid tokens.

What happens if I cancel a prepaid slot?

Your customers get a 100% refund. TokenNo's commission on those tokens isn't refunded.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are weekly. The payout day and minimum amount follow your country's default and can be adjusted for your account.

Do token packs expire?

Yes, each pack has an expiry date. Every new token is taken from your oldest valid pack first.

Who pays for SMS and WhatsApp messages?

The business does, separately from the plan. You can see every message in your messaging ledger.
