Terms of ServiceDraft

Status: draft, not yet in effect

The service

TokenNo helps businesses manage queues and helps customers get and follow tokens. Waiting times shown are estimates.

Accounts

Your mobile number is your account. Keep access to it secure.

Businesses

Businesses must be verified (KYC) before going live, and are responsible for their own slots, prices and refund rules.

Prepaid tokens

When a business requires advance payment, TokenNo collects it on the business's behalf. If the business cancels, the customer gets a full refund. Customer cancellations follow the business's refund rule at the time of booking.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, for example by booking tokens you don't intend to use.
