What we collect

For customers and patients we plan to store only your name and mobile number. Businesses provide account, identity (KYC) and payout details.

Location

Location sharing is optional and switched on per token. It only runs for a limited time before your turn and stops automatically. Businesses see an ETA, not your exact position.

How we use it

To issue tokens, run the live queue, send alerts and notifications, and process payments and refunds.

Payments

Payments are handled by licensed payment providers in each country. We don't store full card details.

Your choices

You can change your language, turn location sharing off and ask us to delete your account.
